Early Bird Lap Swimming
July 1 - August 28
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:30 am
A peaceful environment for adult lap swimming before the work day that avoids the evening chaos in the lap lanes
Fee: Free; no registration required
Masters Swim Program
June 30 - August 7
Mondays - Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 pm
A one-hour coached swim practice designed to address your fitness goals, and help you pursue an effective personal training program for triathlon, Masters swimming or overall fitness. All workouts integrate Total Immersion drills and whole-stroke swimming for a comprehensive approach to swim practicing.

Video Stroke Analysis
Dates and Times TBA
Improves your swimming technique through the use of underwater digital video camera analysis. You will get a breakdown of your stroke mechanics, recommendations for improvement and a brief coaching session in the water. Above water video will also be shot for a complete picture of your stroke.
Instructor: Coach Laura Tiedge
Fee: $100 per 60 minute session; limit one session per summer; check the bulletin board in the Breezeway for announcements
Private Swimming Lessons
Schedules to be made with individual instructors
Intensive individual swimming instruction on all levels from learn-to-swim through stroke perfection
Instructors: Lifeguard Staff
Group Swimming Lessons
Sundays June 29-August 10 (NOT July 6)
9-9:30am and 9:30-10am
Children are placed in groups of 4-5 swimmers based on ability level. All levels of swimming instruction are provided in a fun, safe, and educational environment without the intensity of private lessons
Mommy and Me Group Swimming Lessons
July 7 - August 11
Mondays or Wednesdays (must choose one) 3:30-4pm and 4-4:30pm (by age/ability)
Group swim instruction for toddlers age 6-24 months (divided by age and ability). The class focuses on adaptation to the water and basic skills for water safety. This class is a great primer for children who will take group or private swimming lessons next summer!
Water Aerobics
July 7 - August 11
Mondays & Wednesdays
4:45-5:30pm
This class offers a solid workout, enhanced by the natural resistance of the water. Enjoy a great workout in a fun and relaxed environment, all while the kids are at practice or playing with friends!! All workouts are set to music and incorporate exercises for every part of the body.
